In 2010 phish was going to play the Berkeley Greek theater, a short walk from our place....Anona was just 8 months old so we flew my mom out to visit/babysit so we could go to the shows....while the shows were amazing, my favorite memory of that visit was when we brought Anona to her first MLB game, an afternoon game in Oakland ( nonni had been to many games in Boston over the years but this was also her first game in Oakland)....Anona would see many more a’s games over the next few years, spending most of her game-time in a’s mascot stomper’s funzone
