I was born into a baseball family....my dad coached high school ball at my alma mater for 26 years, amassing over 350 wins and multiple state championships, a truly remarkable feat considering the 20 game New Hampshire seasons! I learned the game idolizing his players as bat boy for many years, eventually graduating to foul ball shagger, and ultimately playing second base for his squads for three years, reaching the state final in 1989, and then winning the state title in 1990.....one of my dearest memories of that year is being the one who got to dump the Gatorade cooler on my dad during the post game celebration 👍🏻
