On March 23, 2002, Ryan was a featured artist at the Good Karma Arts Fair in Carrsboro, NC. The event was presented by Temple Ball Art Gallery. Other artists in the event program included Payton Andrews, Jennifer Anzalone, Chris Battaglino, Nick Campbell, Kelly Hanner, David Huckins, Aaron Masthay, Nemo and Schell Simpson. Musical acts Barefoot Manner and Jule Brown added to the festivities. Ryan produced a numbered edition handbill for the event (left) as well as blotter art (right).
